IECEx Equipment Certification

As an IECEx Certification body (ExCB) and an IECEx Testing laboratory (ExTL), KGS tests the explosive-proof equipment intended for use in explosive environments, conducts a factory audit and issues the IECEx certificate. For customers who want to expand markets to Europe, Middle East and China, we help to obtain the ATEX Certificate and the NEPSI Certificate.

National safety Certification

KGS is one of the organizations entrusted with mandatory certification work by the Ministry of Employment and Labor. To obtain National Safety Certification, manufacturers should prepare applications and submit samples of the equipment tested by KGS. A factory inspection will be organized by KGS. To ensure that the stringent standards are being maintained by manufacturers, KGS conducts on-going periodic audits (including factory inspections).

This IECEx Scheme is an International Certification Scheme that covers the assessment and on-site audit of organizations that provide services such as repair and overhaul to the Ex industry.
